Pass the garlic (3 cloves) through the garlic press, add the garlic gruel to a bowl with chicken wings.
Pour garlic powder (1 teaspoon) into the chopper, add ground black pepper and salt to taste, add a mixture of Provencal herbs (1 teaspoon), add 1 tablespoon of dried tangerine or orange zest, then add canned pineapples along with syrup (leave a few pieces of pineapple to add to the mold). Whisk the ingredients until smooth.
In a bowl with wings, add the chopped spice mixture.
Then add paprika (1 tsp) and 2 tbsp vegetable oil.
Put the prepared mixture and chicken wings in a baking dish, put the pieces of canned pineapple on top. Send the mold to the oven preheated to t180-190C for baking. Bake the wings until tender. At the end, you can turn on the grill and brown the dish until golden brown.
