Cutlets with Legumes Recipe
Every housewife of the 90s has recipes that will help when you need to cook a delicious dish out of nothing; recipes when we have a little food... I have some of them. Today I propose one of them. Then, when preparing salads, I always "hid" 1-2 tablespoons of corn, peas to cook cutlets with them. My little children loved them very much.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Beef
- 80 gram Onion
- 50 ml Milk
- 100 gram Loaf
- 2 tablespoons Corn (canned)
- 2 tablespoons Green peas (canned)
- 1 tablespoon bean canned
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil to taste
Instructions
- Wash the meat, dry it and chop it in a meat grinder along with the onion.
- Soak 50 g of loaf in milk, add to meat and onion together with milk. Add salt, pepper and whisk the minced meat.
- Mix the corn, peas and beans in a bowl and add the egg. Add to the minced meat.
- Cutlets are formed from it. Grate the remaining loaf on a fine grater, pan the blanks in it.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown. 3-4 minutes, moderate fire.
- Serve hot.
