Chili with Rice, Beans and Turkey Recipe

Ingredients
- 300 gram Turkey minced meat
- 50 gram Rice
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 jar bean canned
- 80 gram Corn (canned)
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 250 ml Broth vegetable or chicken
- 0,5 piece Red sweet pepper
- 250 ml Tomatoes in own juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Seasoning oregano, Cayenne pepper, sweet paprika, dry adjika, to taste
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
Instructions
- Diced onion and pepper. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Scroll the fillet in a meat grinder with large holes or take the finished minced meat.
- Wash the canned beans. Drain the corn.
- Fry the onion in olive oil and squeeze the garlic on it.
- Add the minced meat and fry over high heat, breaking the lumps with a spoon. Add the rice and stir.
- Add spices, beans, corn, bell pepper, salt and mix.
- Pour in tomatoes and broth, add sugar. Stir. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Add the grated cheese, stir, then cook for a couple of minutes. Done. Adjust to taste.
- Serve hot.
