Chinese Broccoli Recipe
I liked this dish for its versatility. Equally delicious both hot and cold, separately and with a side dish! The dish is equally delicious both hot, warm, and cold! You can use it as an independent dish, or you can serve it for dinner with a side dish, for example, with rice, it will also be very tasty!

Ingredients
- 300 gram Broccoli
- 3 slices Ginger (3 cm fresh root)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 200 gram Mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Corn starch
- The mixture of peppers (to taste)
- 2 pinch Cumin
Instructions
- Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
- Finely chop the broccoli.
- In a preheated frying pan, fry the garlic and ginger in vegetable oil for 1 minute.
- Add the mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes (I had frozen honey mushrooms, in fact, any mushrooms will do).
- Then add the broccoli and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Starch is diluted in 2 tablespoons of water.
- Next to the broccoli and mushrooms, add soy sauce, wine, diluted starch, pepper mixture, mash a couple of pinches of cumin. Stir, let the sauce thicken a little and remove from the heat. Then put everything on a platter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and you can serve.
