Chinese Cabbage Salad with Mussels Recipe
Peking cabbage is a versatile product from which you can make a really delicious salad. And with the addition of mussels, it is more than possible to achieve the perfect balance in taste. And what is even more important - it is prepared instantly!

Ingredients
- 1/2 pieces Chinese cabbage
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 150 gram Mussels
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Mustard (seeds)
- Lemon juice to taste
- 2 piece Chicken egg
Instructions
- Chop the cabbage.
- I got rid of the cucumber just as quickly.
- Coarsely chop the eggs.
- Chop the onion, add salt and pour lemon juice. Let the onion infuse for 20 minutes and drain the liquid.
- Drain the oil from the mussels. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Arrange the salad and serve it to the table.
