Ingredients
Dressing
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Starch
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
Salad
- 100 gram Chicken
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Tomato
- 2 pieces Cabbage
Instructions
- We'll do the refueling first. Dilute the starch with water, add soy sauce, honey and juice. Cook, stirring all the time, until thickened. If it gets too thick, dilute it with boiled water.
- Cut vegetables and fillets at your discretion, mix. Cabbage should be taken early, with tender leaves. For such a portion, only 2 small leaves are enough. Or replace it with other greens.
- Pour the dressing over everything and serve.
