Ingredients
Muffins:
- 200 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 25 gram Cocoa powder
- 1,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 80 gram Sugar to taste
- 80 ml Vegetable oil
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 60 ml Yogurt natural
- 3 pieces Banana
- 100 gram Dark chocolate
Sugar top:
- 12 teaspoons Sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the sifted flour and cocoa. Stir well.
- Mash the bananas with a fork or mash them with a blender.
- In another bowl, combine the egg, vegetable oil, yogurt and crushed banana. Stir until smooth.
- Next, chop the chocolate.
- Gradually add the liquid ingredients to the flour mixture and mix until the ingredients are combined.
- Add the chocolate and mix gently.
- Put the dough in the prepared muffin molds, fill them with three-quarters of the volume.
- Sprinkle the tops of the muffins with sugar (about 1 tsp for each muffin).
- Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Place the cooled muffins on a plate and serve.
