Cheese Balls with Mozzarella Recipe
I offer very tasty cottage cheese balls with mozzarella for a snack or snack. Koloboks are quickly prepared, they are obtained with a crispy crust, with a delicate cream-cheese center. We really liked them in combination with lingonberry sauce.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Cottage cheese 9%
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 twigs Parsley
- 1 pack Mozzarella mini
- 40 gram Bread crumbs
- 400 ml Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mash the curd well with a fork.
- Add the egg, salt and garlic, squeezed through a press. Knead well.
- Sift the flour and mix well. Wash the parsley, finely chop, and add to the curd mass, mix.
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese mixture to form a pellet. Put a ball of mozzarella in the middle.
- Pinch the edges and form a tight bun.
- Each bun is well rolled in breadcrumbs ( I had a breadcrumbs mixture).
- It turned out 13 koloboks.
- Pour vegetable oil into a saucepan. Bring to boil.
- Fry several koloboks in boiling oil over high heat for 4-5 minutes. Then transfer them to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
- Ready-made koloboks are served to the table.
