- 2 pieces Banana
- 200 gram Dark chocolate at least 75% cocoa
- 100 ml Orange juice freshly-squeezed
- 0,5 teaspoon Agar-agar
- Almond petals, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the base for the cake. Put the almonds and walnuts in the bowl of a food processor with a "Chopping Knife" attachment.
- Grind for 15-20 seconds, add prunes and dried apricots.
- Grind for another 15-20 seconds until smooth. Add the orange zest and stir.
- Cover the cake pan (I have a diameter of 16.5 cm) with baking paper, lay out the nut mass with dried fruits, spread on the bottom, make the sides. Put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
- For the filling, put the cashews and peanuts in the bowl of the combine.
- Chop for 15-20 seconds, add coarsely chopped bananas.
- Grind until smooth for another 15-20 seconds.
- Preheat the orange juice with agar-agar, bring to a boil, cook for 3 minutes (or according to the instructions). Melt the chocolate in a water bath (or in the microwave), add the juice with agar-agar and nut-banana mass. Mix well.
- Put the filling into the mold. Sprinkle with almond petals. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Transfer the pie to a festive dish and serve it to the table.
- Bon appetit.
