Ingredients
- 100 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 gram Curd cheese
- 2 pieces Egg yolk large
- 220 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 0,5 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 50 gram Butter room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder
- Glaze
Instructions
- Put the cottage cheese and yogurt in a bowl.
- Add butter and powdered sugar to the yolks. Whisk with a blender.
- Mix the flour with baking powder and add to the curd mass.
- Knead a soft dough.
- Divide into identical balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment and lightly flatten. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes - focus on your oven.
- Prepare the glaze according to the instructions.
- Quickly put on cookies and garnish with sprinkles.
