Crab Salad with Smoked Cheese and Asparagus Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 120 gram Lettuce leaves
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 100 gram Cheese (smoked)
- 100 gram Asparagus
- 100 gram Crab sticks
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 0.5 teaspoons Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Vinegar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Cherry tomatoes cut in half, cucumber - half rings.
- Cut the crab sticks into small pieces.
- Cut the young asparagus shoots and boil in salted boiling water for 1 minute. Rinse with cold water, discard on a sieve. You can use ordinary asparagus, but then it needs to be cleaned and boiled a little longer, 2 minutes. You can also use pickled asparagus.
- Sausage cheese is also cut into small pieces.
- Finely chop the lettuce leaves. I used Peking cabbage. Watercress and arugula are also good for this recipe.
- Prepare the salad dressing, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and whisk lightly. I used olive oil with thyme, but you can use regular olive + 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme.
- Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and season the salad.
