Ingredients
Filling:
- 500 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 handful Raisins
- 1 tablespoon Orange zest
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar or to taste
- 0,5 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- Dried apricots to taste
For top:
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- Almonds (petals) to taste
- Dried fruits to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the dough for the cake according to your recipe.
- I left this part of the dough for the festive cheesecake. The size of two palms.
- Roll out the dough slightly in a circle. Transfer to the mold, prick the bottom with a fork.
- Prepare the curd filling: pour raisins and dried apricots into the curd. Sugar to taste + vanilla.
- Grate the zest from the orange on a grater.
- Add the zest and beat the eggs.
- Mix the filling and transfer to the dough cake.
- Smooth out the filling, cut the sides with scissors. I put almonds and candied fruits in the filling.
- The whole top is lubricated with beaten egg with cream or milk.
- Bake for about half an hour in a preheated 180* oven.
- I pour the remaining icing for the cakes on the cooled ones, but this is not necessary.
- Cheesecake, though on yeast dough, but the filling prevails in it, the edges are also delicious. Cut into impressive pieces, but the filling is dense. Brew coffee for baking.
