Ingredients
For one basis:
- 3 pieces Egg white
For the first filling:
- 50 gram Cottage cheese
- 30 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 30 gram Dill
- 15 gram Pine nuts
For the second filling:
- 50 gram Cottage cheese
- 35 gram Tomato
- 30 gram Dill
- 15 gram Pine nuts
For the third filling:
- 50 gram Cottage cheese
- 15 gram Hard cheese
- 30 gram Dill
- 10 gram Walnuts
For the fourth filling:
- 50 gram Cottage cheese
- 10 gram Poppy seeds
- 10 gram Flax seeds
Instructions
- Heat a frying pan well, make a small fire and pour one portion of egg whites into it. Cover with a lid. After 3 minutes, the first base is ready. Repeat the same steps 3 more times.
- Prepare the first filling: chop the pepper and herbs, chop the peanuts, add the cottage cheese and mix everything.
- Prepare the second filling: chop the tomato and herbs, chop the peanuts, add the cottage cheese and mix everything.
- Prepare the third filling: finely chop the cheese and herbs, chop the walnuts, add the cottage cheese and mix everything.
- Prepare the fourth filling: mix cottage cheese with poppy seeds and flax seeds.
- Form rolls.
