Finnish Pea Soup with Mustard Recipe
Delicious meat soup with a velvety taste. I have never used mustard before in the preparation of first courses and did not expect this. But! I love experiments! I really liked this option. Give it a try. Change the taste stereotype.

Instructions
- Pre-soak the peas (I left them overnight). Cook the meat broth (about 3 liters).
- Remove the finished meat from the broth and add the peas (without the water in which it was soaked). Cook until tender (about 40-60 minutes), removing the foam.
- Fry the onion in oil. Add mustard, pepper and simmer lightly.
- Add the sliced potatoes to the pan.
- Cut the meat into pieces and return to the soup.
- Add the browned vegetables and spices.
- Pour in the grated cheese and cook for another 5-7 minutes.
- Serve, sprinkled with herbs.
