Fish-Chickpea Terrine Recipe

Instructions
- The terrine will consist of the main part and the filling. First prepare the main part. This will require boiled rice.

- Combine rice and fish (leave 1/3 of the filling).
- Add the egg yolks and mix. Do not forget to add salt to the main mass to taste. Add the nutmeg.
- Add half the norm of sour cream and mix.
- Mix 1/3 of the fish fillet with the onion. Add chopped garlic and salt to taste.
- Add boiled chickpeas.
- Add the remaining sour cream. To interfere.
- Beat the egg whites into a strong foam. Add half of the egg whites to the mass.
