Fish Okroshka on Yogurt Recipe
Dear chefs! I offer a simple and, at the same time, with a new note, a recipe for okroshka. Picnics with kebabs are a tradition! But sometimes in nature I want something cool with a slight sourness. Today we will cook okroshka without using salt, which we will replace with Kikkoman soy sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 pieces Chicken egg
- 2 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Beet with tops
- 400 gram Fish
- 400 milliliters Yogurt
- 200 gram Cucumber
- 200 gram Garden Redish
- 200 milliliters Broth fish
Instructions
- Our ingredients.
- Boil the fish until cooked without salt.
- Cut into small pieces and set aside.
- Cucumbers, radishes and beets (raw) grate on a coarse grater. Put it in a container with fish.
- Cut boiled potatoes into small pieces. We spread it with fish and vegetables.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked vegetables and fish and mix. Leave it on for 15 minutes.
- Cut the beet leaves first lengthwise, then across.
- Chop the eggs.
- Chop the dill and onion.
- Mix chopped eggs and chopped greens.
- Mix yogurt and fish broth. Add 1 tsp soy sauce. Put the pickled vegetables and fish on a plate. Pour the fermented milk mixture. Garnish with chopped herbs and egg.
