Ingredients
Salad
- 200 gram Fish (hot smoked salmon)
- 1 twig Cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 bunch Lettuce leaves
Dressing
- 4 tablspoons Sour cream
- 2 tablepsoons Olive oil
- 1 bunch Green Onion
- Lemon juice
- 2 tablepsoons Soy sauce
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the salad and vegetables and dry them.
- Tear the salad with your hands. slice the tomato and cucumber arbitrarily and put it in a cup.
- Separate the fish from the bones, disassemble into small pieces and put it to the vegetables.
- To refuel, put all the ingredients in a blender bowl and grind into a homogeneous mass.
- Pour the dressing over the salad. Mix gently and serve.
