Salad
- 80 gram Tomatoes
- 70 gram Cucumber
- 30 gram Onion red
- 70 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 70 gram Cheese feta
- 50 gram Olives
- 40 gram Lettuce leaves
Instructions
- Wash the vegetables and herbs, prepare spices and olive oil. For the filling, finely chop the dill, garlic and basil. Pour the olive oil into a bowl. Add salt, pepper, sugar, basil, vinegar, chopped dill and garlic to the oil, then mix well.
- Coarsely chop all the vegetables and put them on a plate. Cut the feta cheese into large cubes and place it around the vegetables.
- Cut the onion into rings and put it on top of the vegetables and cheese. When serving, pour over the dressing.
