Grilled Chicken Thighs in Italian Marinade Recipe
I have long loved recipes that can be prepared in advance, and by that time you will put a minimum of effort and the dish will be ready. I have more time on weekends than on weekdays, so I pickled my thighs for dinner on Monday. They are prepared instantly. Well, the bird is supposed to be served as a side dish.

Ingredients
- 6 pieces Chicken thigh
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Mustard (Dijon)
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1,5 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Black pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Chili pepper
- 2 teaspoons Seasoning (Italian herbs)
Instructions
- Wash your thighs, remove the skin and remove the bones. Sprinkle with spices, herbs and mix.
- Prepare the marinade by mixing oil, lemon juice, salt, sugar, mustard.
- Pour the marinade over the thighs and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a container or other container with a lid. Leave to marinate for 6-12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Before baking, let the thighs stand in the room so that they become room temperature. Heat the grill pan well and fry the thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Everything turns out very quickly and delicious.
