Homemade Cakes "Kinder-milk" Recipe
Home-made pies "Kinder-milk" are very delicious, tender, chocolate, melting in the mouth and, at the same time, original-looking pies, consisting of two pieces of chocolate biscuit with a delicate souffle in the middle, which is sure to please both very young and adult sweet tooth.

Ingredients
Sponge:
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 70 gram Rice flour
- 10 gram Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 60 gram Sugar
Filling:
- 200 gram Cottage cheese
- 100 ml Milk
- 10 gram Gelatin
- 50 gram Sugar
Impregnation:
- 2 tablespoons Fruit syrup
On top:
- 20 gram Sugar powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the gelatin and milk. Mix and leave to swell.
- For a biscuit in a bowl, beat the eggs with sugar to a fluffy foam.
- Add the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder. Gently mix with a spatula until smooth.
- Cover the form with parchment. Lay out the dough and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Ready-made sponge cake to cool and cut in half. Soak in syrup.
- For the filling, mix cottage cheese, sugar, swollen gelatin with milk, melted in a water bath or in a microwave. Beat with a blender until smooth.
- Put the filling on half a biscuit.
- Top with the second half. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Remove the chilled dessert from the refrigerator, trim the edges and cut into portions. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, decorate as desired and serve. Bon Appetit!
