There are not so many salads! And certainly no New Year's table will do without a couple, or even more salads. I offer another recipe for a beautiful, bright, delicious salad.
Cut the red onion into thin half rings, add salt, sugar, vinegar and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Since this is a layered salad, it is better to take a split form for serving or make a portion serving using a cooking ring.
Take a dish (plate) to serve, put the burner. Squeeze out the onion and put it on the bottom. Next, finely chop the ham, I have chicken, and put it on top of the onion.
Grate the cucumber on a grater, put the ham on top and smear with mayonnaise.
Lay out the next layer of grated cheese.
Next, grate the apple on a grater and lubricate it with mayonnaise again.
Grate the egg together with the top layer.
Carefully use the pusher to release the salad from the ring. Decorate with herbs, I have celery. Serve the salad chilled.
