Ingredients
Dough:
- 260 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 200 gram Sugar
- 140 gram Sour Cream (15%)
- 10 gram Baking powder
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling:
- 500 gram Cottage cheese 9%
- 90 gram Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- Vanilin to taste
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with sugar into a fluffy mass.
- Add sour cream, salt, flour, baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
- Prepare the filling. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sugar, vanilla and egg. Mix with a mixer until smooth.
- Place baking paper on the bottom of the split mold d = 24 cm. Wrap the mold itself with foil to avoid leaks, and lubricate with oil. Pour the dough into the prepared mold.
- Put the filling in the middle. Place the mold in a preheated 180 °C oven for 40-50 minutes (focus on your oven). Place the dough on a dry skewer.
- Cool the finished cheesecake in the mold. Then transfer it to a platter.
- The finished cheesecake can be sprinkled with sprinkles or sprinkled with jam.
