Lean Cutlets with Mushrooms Recipe
Very tasty lean cutlets made of oat flakes, potatoes and mushrooms with fragrant herbs. Don't look at a simple composition! The cutlets are very tender and delicious, and the mixture of herbs gives them an unusually appetizing taste!

Ingredients
- 200 gram Oat flakes Approximately 12 tbsp.
- 3 pieces Potatoes If the potatoes are too small, I take 4 PCs
- 200 gram Champignons
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 glass Water
- 100 ml Vegetable oil
- A mixture of spices to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pour boiling water over the oat flakes.
- Bake the potatoes in a microwave oven: grease the washed potatoes with oil, pierce the skin with a fork in several places and bake for 3 minutes on one side, then another 5 on the other.
- Peel the mushrooms and fry until soft. I always wash mushrooms, remove the top skin from the cap. Then they should be cut and fried until all the water evaporates.
