Lean Salad with Squid Recipe
Most housewives probably already have a favorite recipe for squid salad. But who said he should be alone? Squid is a delicate and delicious product, you can cook anything from them. Today I have prepared a delicious salad with squid, which will please the family and impress the guests.

Ingredients
- 400 gram Squid
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Vinegar
- 1 piece Onion red
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 10 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 15 pieces Olives
- 1 clove Garlic
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Greenery (to taste)
Instructions
- Defrost the squid and boil it in boiling salted water for 2 minutes. Cut the squid into rings. Cut the onion into half rings. Bulgarian red pepper cut into strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Mix the squid with onion, cherry tomatoes, bell pepper, add chopped herbs.
- Separately make the dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and ground black pepper. Mix everything together.
- Add olives and chopped garlic to the salad. Pour the dressing over the salad and garnish with herbs.
- Salad can be put on a pillow of your favorite greens (I had arugula).
