Meat Pudding Recipe
Presenting this dish, I want to show how you can cook a delicious, spectacular dish from ordinary, everyday products that will decorate any festive table. The form of submission plays an important role. I hope that on the eve of Easter Day the hostess will take note of it.

Ingredients
- 1 kilogram Minced meat pork
- 1 piece Chicken breast
- 300 gram bacon
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 100 gram Pistachios
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Seasoning (pepper, herbs, garlic, salt)
Instructions
- For pudding, you can take any fillers, I took these. The main course is good ground pork and raw bacon.
- Mix the minced meat with other ingredients, add a glass of liquid: milk or water, whisk and leave for 10 minutes.
- Cut the raw chicken breast into strips.
- Grease the pudding pan with butter, put the finely chopped bacon, the edges should coincide with the edges of the mold.
- We put half of the minced meat on the bottom of the mold.
- Lay out a layer of chicken breast.
- Put the remaining filling into the mold and wrap with strips of bacon.
- Put the finished pudding on a baking sheet with water and put it in the oven for 1 hour at an average temperature. The pudding should be baked gradually.
- So, this is the final pudding. Leave it in the mold until it cools, then cover the mold with a dish and turn it over.
- It is better to cut the pudding the next day.
