Instructions
Preheat the milk, mix with the melted cheese until smooth.
Chop the garlic and leek very finely. In a large saucepan, melt the butter, put the leeks and garlic, fry a little.
Pour in the wine and evaporate a little. Lay out the mussels, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the cheese and milk mixture, pepper, salt and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve in deep plates with bread.
