For me, okroshka becomes the main dish with the onset of spring. However, many have forgotten that real okroshka is cooked on kvass.

  1. Cut the beef into cubes.
  2. Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Cut the eggs into cubes.
  4. Cucumber and radish cut into small slices.
  5. Finely chop the greens.
  6. Mix everything chopped, add kvass, sour cream and mustard. Add salt to taste. Enjoy your meal!
