- 1 bunch Herbs
- 300 gram Garden Redish
- 4 pieces Cucumber
- 6 pieces Potatoes
- 700 gram Beef
- 1,5 liters Kvass
- 500 milliliters Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
Instructions
- Cut the beef into cubes.
- Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
- Cut the eggs into cubes.
- Cucumber and radish cut into small slices.
- Finely chop the greens.
- Mix everything chopped, add kvass, sour cream and mustard. Add salt to taste. Enjoy your meal!
