Omelet-Pizza on a Frying Pan Recipe
I suggest you cook a relatively healthy, very satisfying and delicious pizza in a frying pan. This is a great option for a late Sunday Breakfast for the whole family, the ingredients are designed for one serving. By changing some of the ingredients, you can diversify the taste.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 20 gram Bran
- 20 gram Rice flour or wheat flour
- 50 gram Kefir
- 0,3 teaspoon Baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 30 gram Mozzarella or any cheese
- 50 gram Ham
- 1 piece Tomato slice
- 2 pieces Champignons
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Bran, rice (wheat) flour, kefir, baking powder, chicken egg, a mixture of Italian herbs, salt to taste, combine in a bowl.
- Mix the mixture until smooth, leave for 10-15 minutes to swell.
- Onion finely cut into rings (optional), fry the mushrooms, grate the cheese to your taste, thinly slice the ham. Instead of ham, you can use any ready-made meat, fried minced meat, sausages, sausage of your choice.
- On a well-heated dry pan (diameter about 20 cm), pour the egg mixture-the basis for pizza, reduce the heat, cover with a lid. To bake without oil-you need a pan with a good coating, if in doubt-for baking a pancake, grease the pan with vegetable oil.
- As soon as the base is almost ready-smear it with ketchup or sauce to your taste.
- Put the grated cheese, ham, tomatoes in a piece, mushrooms. Bring to a boil under a lid on the stove or place under the grill until the cheese melts. Serve hot!
