Orange Pie with Custard Recipe
I offer a recipe for a delicious cake for tea. Delicate and lush with a funky orange aroma. In addition to oranges, we also add custard to the pie. so we get a pie-cake. You need the most affordable ingredients. which are in every house.

Ingredients
Custard cream:
- 300 ml Milk
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 1 piece Egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons Starch
Dough:
- 1 piece Egg white
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 150 ml Vegetable oil
- 200 ml Orange juice
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 pieces Orange
Instructions
- First, prepare the custard. To do this, mix all the ingredients in a saucepan with a whisk.
- Put on the fire and cook until thickened. Then cover with plastic wrap in contact and allow to cool completely.
- For the dough, take the protein and 2 eggs, beat into a fluffy foam and continue to beat add sugar.
- Then pour in the juice, vegetable oil, stir.
- Add flour in two sets and baking powder, stir well.
- My form is 22 by 32 cm, lubricate it with butter, sprinkle with flour, pour out the excess flour.
- At the bottom of the mold, we spread peeled oranges or tangerines.
- Pour the dough on top.
- I put the cooled cream in a pastry bag and used it to spread the cream over the dough. You can simply spread the cream on the dough with a spoon.
- The form with the dough is slightly shaken, so that the cream deepens and put in a preheated oven. Bake at 180-200 degrees for 30 minutes.
- The finished cake is allowed to cool down a little.
