Fish Meatballs, Stewed in Sour Cream Recipe
The recipe for meatballs is taken from the book "Russian home cooking" and interpreted under home conditions by me and my mother. (In the book, the dish is called telny) All illustrations for the recipe are made in our kitchen by my mother and are not plagiarized. When cooking, it is advisable to use bread soaked in milk.

Ingredients
- 1 kg Pollock In the recipe, you can use any other white fish as desired
- 450 gram Sour cream The number of grams is inaccurate, it varies from 300 g to 350-450 g. It is advisable to take more. Fat content - any
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 pieces Onion
- 0,5 bunch Onion green
- Seasoning I took thyme, basil, suneli hops, and a mixture of seasonings. About 0.5 tsp., hops-suneli 2-3 tsp.
- Greens to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Coarsely chop the onion.
- We pass the onion and pollock through a meat grinder.
- Add spices, egg, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
- Mix it up. If necessary, add flour.
- We make meatballs the size of plums or apricots.
- Fry on all sides for about 5 minutes.
- Fill the meatballs with sour cream.
- Simmer under the lid for about 10-15 minutes.
- Everything is ready.
