Pancakes with Meat "Creamy" Recipe
Pancakes with meat according to this recipe are very popular at my house. The pancakes themselves are very delicate, with a wonderful creamy taste and aroma. The main problem in their preparation is the struggle with oneself: it is very difficult not to eat them during cooking.

Pancakes
- 1 liter Milk (3.2%)
- 4 pieces Egg
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 2.5 glasses Flour
Filling
- 600 gram Minced meat (Pork)
- 2 package Rice
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Allspice (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil the rice in salted water with the addition of 2 bay leaves. Remove the sachets from the water and leave to cool.
- In a saucepan, mix 0.5 liters of milk, eggs, flour, sugar and salt. Whisk well.
- Add the remaining milk. Beat well again. Continuing to beat, pour in the melted butter and vegetable oil.
- Before baking the first pancake, brush the hot pan with vegetable oil a little.
- Fry the minced meat in a small amount of vegetable oil. Salt and pepper.
- Add boiled rice. Mix well. Stuff the pancakes and serve to the table.
- Ready!
