Pasta with Minced Meat and Zucchini Recipe
A simple dish for the daily menu. This dish is very similar to the technology of cooking pasta in the navy. Zucchini have a neutral taste and are able to adopt the taste and color of the products with which they are prepared. Ingredients
- 350 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 1 piece Onion
- 450 gram Pasta (curly)
- Spices (for minced meat)
- Salt (to taste)
- Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the onion into cubes and fry in vegetable oil. When the onion becomes transparent, add the zucchini, diced. Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring.
- Add the minced meat and mix. Fry, stirring, until tender. Season. In parallel, prepare the pasta. Pour a few tablespoons of pasta broth into the minced meat.
- Ready-made pasta is sent to a pot with minced meat and vegetables. Mix it.
