Pink Salmon under a Bread Crust Recipe
Even pink salmon (frankly, not the juiciest fish), baked under such a crust, turns out juicy, tender and very tasty!!! By the way, the dish is so satisfying that, in my opinion, nothing but a salad of fresh vegetables is needed in it anymore!!!

Ingredients
- 400 gram Pink salmon fillet, chopped in portions
- 300 gram Bread white, pulp
- 100 gram Cheese hard
- 150 gram Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic
- Herbs
- Lemon juice
- Black pepper
- Salt
Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, pour lemon juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. This time we prepare bread "dough": mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, crushed garlic, soft butter, salt and chopped herbs.
- Put the pink salmon in a baking dish and cover it with bread "dough". Place in a preheated 160 degree oven until the bread crust is browned.
