Pork with Mushrooms, Tomatoes and Onions Recipe
Pork baked in the oven with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes with bechamel sauce under a cheese shell turns out to be very tender, soft, juicy, fragrant and appetizing. Bechamel sauce gives the dish a wonderful creamy taste. Meat with vegetables should definitely be tried.

- 500 gram Pork
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 pieces Tomato
- Allspice to taste
- 1 glass Milk
- 70 gram Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- Paprika sweet
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 100 gram Cheese hard
Instructions
- Cut pork into small pieces, add salt (0.5 tsp salt), pepper and add paprika. Mix everything thoroughly. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Put the butter and flour in a cold frying pan.
- Fry the flour in butter, when the mixture boils, add milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stirring constantly.
- Cut the onion into feathers.
- Cut the mushrooms into cubes.
- Cut tomatoes into slices.
- Put the pork in the baking dish, then the onion. Brush with Bechamel sauce, about 2-3 tablespoons.
- Next, we spread the mushrooms, salt, pepper them and grease them with sauce.
- Place on top of the tomatoes.
- Brush with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put some cheese or sour cream. We send it to the oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
