Potatoes in Cream-Cheese Sauce Recipe
Very tasty and appetizing potatoes, drowning in cheese and cream sauce. It can be served as a side dish or as an independent dish.

Instructions
Washed and peeled potatoes cut in half and boil until tender in salted water.
For the sauce, mix grated cheese, crushed garlic and cream.
I throw the finished potatoes into a colander, then shift the cut down into a greased baking dish.
We distribute the cheese mass on top.
Bake the potatoes at 180 °C for 25-30 minutes. The cheese crust should be well browned.
