Puff Pastry Mini-Pizza Recipe

  1. Semi-smoked sausage (100 g) cut into small cubes.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  3. Cherry tomatoes cut into slices.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry slightly, cut into equal squares, about 10-12 cm each.
  5. Beat the egg (1 pc.). Brush the puff pastry with beaten egg.
  6. Place the squares of puff pastry in a capsule form for baking muffins.
  7. Add the sliced sausage pieces to each capsule.
  8. Place cherry tomatoes, sliced, on top of the sausage.
  9. Sprinkle with diced mozzarella.
  10. If desired, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh dill on top.
  11. Send the mold to a preheated 200 * c oven. Bake puff mini pizzas until golden brown.
