There are not many snacks on long holidays! We will take care not only of cold cuts, but also prepare a hot dish. Mini-buns will appeal to both adults and children, they are good for a walk in the park in a duet with a thermos of tea.

Instructions
We have puff pastry sold in packs of 500 g here in such plates (size 10 cm by 20 cm) for 6 pcs.
Take out a couple of plates, defrost for a few minutes. Roll out thinly, keeping the shape of a rectangle.
I will use mixed minced meat.
Chop the onion. You can use green.
Add the onion and chopped herbs to the minced meat.
Mix with seasonings and corn.
But before filling, I decided to take the cheese in plates, here it will be useful.
Cut the cheese into strips and place on the dough.
Spread the minced meat on the cheese with a fork.
We start to roll up into rolls.
The edges are not filled with filling, lubricate with beaten egg.
Turn over and transfer to a baking sheet.
Top, too, lubricate the egg.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 180* oven.
The most delicious buns are hot.
But the cooled ones remain soft and delicious. I put the rest of them in a box and covered them with a lid. Bon appetit.
