Ingredients
Dough:
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 150 gram Butter room temperature, very soft
- 150 gram Sugar
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1,5 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Lemon juice
For glaze:
- 6 tablespoons Sugar powder
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Beat the butter, eggs and sugar with a mixer. Mix the flour with baking powder, pour in the egg mixture, add lemon juice and mix well. Fill the muffin molds 2/3 full and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Leave the cupcakes to cool, if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorate with icing with lemon juice.
- For the glaze - squeeze the juice from half a lemon, add powdered sugar and mix well with a whisk. if you want the glaze to get thicker, add another tablespoon of powdered sugar. Enjoy your meal!
