Raspberry and Feta Salad Recipe
I saw this recipe for an unusual salad on a German cooking site. I share it with exotic lovers. And if for you raspberries are completely incongruous with vegetables and cheese, then it (and mint) can be safely removed from the ingredients and enjoy a tomato salad with croutons and cheese.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 100 gram feta cheese
- 1 piece Leek
- 50 gram Raspberries
- 50 gram Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- Mint to taste
- Greens
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Tomatoes cut into slices, shallots thin feathers.
- Put the cheese on the tomatoes, diced or mashed with a fork into different sized pieces. Sprinkle with finely chopped mint (I used 2 small leaves).
- Top with raspberries.
- Sprinkle with croutons, chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Add olive oil and drizzle with lemon or lime juice.
