Rice with Chicken Liver and Apples Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 glass Rice
- 500 gram Chicken liver
- 5 pieces Onion
- 3 pieces Apples
- 300 gram Sour Cream (20%)
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- Vegetable oil
- Greenery
- Salt
- The mixture of peppers
Instructions
- The rice is boiled, as it is written on the package, in salted water and spread in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
- Wash the liver, remove the films and everything that we don't like, let the water drain and spread it on the rice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread fried onions on the liver.
- Grate the apples on the onion.
- Pour sour cream over everything.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and place in a preheated 180C oven for 45-50 minutes.
