Rice with Seafood Recipe
Pan-fried rice with vegetables, seafood, egg and mushrooms with soy sauce. I love dishes in Japanese restaurants. I've been wanting to reproduce this myself for a long time. And I think I succeeded. I suggest you try this delicious and healthy dish.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Rice
- 1 piece Onion
- 70 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 130 gram Champignons
- 300 gram Seafood
- 250 gram Salmon
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- Vegetable oil Sesame oil is best. But you can replace it with olive or sunflower
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Before cooking, I like to fry rice a little in vegetable oil. Then pour in the water in a ratio of 2:1 and cook the rice until the water boils. In the process of cooking, add salt.
- In a large frying pan, fry the onion with diced bell pepper in vegetable oil for a couple of minutes.
- Add the chopped mushrooms...
- ... seafood and salmon fillets. Fry for about three minutes.
- Beat two eggs in a glass with a fork. Mix the vegetables with the seafood and pour the next egg.
- Mix the eggs with the other ingredients in a frying pan. Add salt to taste.
- Next, we put our cooked rice in the pan. Season with soy sauce and stir.
