Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 glass Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,25 glass Corn flour
- 0,5 teaspoon Sugar
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 100 gram Butter
For the filling:
- 500 gram Plums
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour wheat and corn flour into the blender bowl, add salt and sugar, turn on for a few seconds to mix the ingredients.
- Add cold butter, cut into small cubes, turn on the blender again and mix the ingredients until fine crumbs are obtained.
- Then pour 2 tablespoons of ice water into a bowl and grind everything for a few seconds until the crumbs turn into rather large pieces of dough, which form a lump when compressed.
- If the dough crumbles, you can add 2 more tablespoons of ice water, 1 spoon at a time.
- Pour the resulting dough into a plastic bag, form a disk from it and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Wash the plums, dry them, then cut them into 4 parts. Put the plum slices in a bowl, add the starch and mix well.
- In another bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
- Put the dough on baking paper, lightly sprinkle it with flour and roll it into a circle with a diameter of 35 cm (I got less).
- Transfer the dough paper to a baking tray. Put the filling on the dough, not reaching the edge of 5 cm, sprinkle the plums evenly with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
- Wrap the edges of the dough in a circle (straight with paper, then carefully unscrew it), then lubricate them with yolk, whipped with 1 tsp of water (I did not lubricate). Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 35-45 minutes, until the dough is browned and the filling begins to bubble.
- Serve the pie warm or cold. Enjoy your tea!
