Ingredients
- 200 gram Beans canned
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 300 gram Beef (flesh)
- 2-3 cloves Garlic
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt (sugar,pepper,spices to taste)
- Vinegar (to taste)
- Greens (dill,cilantro,parsley to taste.)
Instructions
- Cut the meat into strips, season with salt and pepper, fry in vegetable oil.
- Cut the onion into half rings, marinate in a mixture of salt + sugar + vinegar, leave for 20-30 minutes. Bulgarian pepper cut into half rings.
- Bulgarian pepper fry in vegetable oil for only 2-3 minutes, so that the pepper reveals the flavor and softens a little.
- Wash the beans from the brine, add the pickled onion, garlic through a garlic press, fry the meat with heated oil, preferably pour directly on the garlic for flavor, cut the greens. I only had dill, but parsley or cilantro is very good for it, I love cilantro terribly, but while we don't sell it, I added a little ground coriander.
- Let the salad brew for at least an hour.
