Salad "Greek" with Original Dressing Recipe

- 1 piece Cucumber
- 0.5 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 150 gram Cheese feta
- 1 piece Onions (I had a shallot, but will fit both white and red)
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 0.5 pieces Lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon Balsamic
- Oregano (dry)
- Bas (dry)
- Allspice (ground)
- Salt (sea)
- 1 cloves Garlic
- 1 handful Olives
Instructions
- We will collect and prepare the necessary products for us. There is no Bulgarian pepper in the photo - it is on the way to the table)
- Cut the tomato into a crescent, the cucumber into large half rings, put it on the prepared salad. Pepper - straws, onion - rings, feta - large cubes.
- We'll prepare the refueling. Mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar and add the juice of half a lemon. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil. Add the garlic passed through the press.
- Pour them over the salad just before serving!
