Salad mix with Shrimps and Vegetables Recipe
I suggest you try a salad based on a salad mix (a mixture of small-leaved salads) with the addition of shrimp, avocado, which has a unique creamy taste, olives and tomato slices. And all this is seasoned with a wonderful hot sauce.

Ingredients
Salad
- 1 piece Avocado
- 100 gram Shrimp
- 30 gram Lettuce leaves
- 10 pieces Green olives
- 1/2 pieces Lemon
- 1 piece Tomato
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Dressing
- 2 tablespoons Cream
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Cognac
- 1/2 teaspoons Mustard
- Allspice to taste
Instructions
- Salad products.
- Sprinkle the shrimp with lemon juice, let them marinate in it for 15 minutes and fry in vegetable oil on both sides until lightly browned, cool.
- Cut the tomato into slices, and the slices in half, the olives into rings. Peel the avocado and cut it into small cubes.
- Put the leaves of the salad mixture on a serving dish.
- On the lettuce leaves - cubes of avocado, olives and shrimp.
- For salad dressing, mix cream in a bowl (I have 33% fat content), mayonnaise, lemon juice, cognac, a couple of pinches of salt, a little black pepper and mustard. Pour the dressing over the salad and put the tomato slices on top. The salad is ready.
