Salad "October" Recipe

Boil the beetroot (1 pc.), cut into cubes. Add olive oil (1 tablespoon).
Boil carrots (1 pc.), cut into cubes, peel bell peppers (1 pc.), remove seeds, cut into cubes.
Pink pepper (6-7 gr.) Chop with a knife or grind in a mortar.
Finely chop the basil and cilantro.
Mix all the salad ingredients in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt to taste.
Any pickled cheese can be served with the salad. It will be very tasty. )
