Salad "Poloninsky" Recipe
Juicy, bright, summer salad with fresh vegetables. Moderately sharp and very interesting. There was a young cabbage, sweet and juicy, so I did not observe the proportions, the cabbage I have here is more than noticeable. It is very tasty, juicy, fragrant, spicy, festive. Barbecue is the best option.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 0.5 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- Green Onion
- 70 gram Cabbage
- Spices (paprika, coriander, black pepper)
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar (9%)
- 50 ml Water
- 0.5 pieces Onion
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cucumber and pepper cut into strips, tomato into thin half rings. Chop the young cabbage, add spices.
- Cut the onion into thin slices and marinate for 20 minutes. Marinade: add vinegar and sugar to the water, mix and put the onion. Prepare the dressing: mix soy sauce and vegetable oil.
- Squeeze the onion from the excess liquid and add to the salad along with the dressing. Gently mix the salad.
- Ready!
