Salad "Squid with Vegetables" Recipe
On New Year's Eve, I really want to put something bright and festive on the table, at the same time quick and easy to prepare, because there will be a lot of dishes. This salad will not take you much time and effort, but it will be noticeable on the table. Tested by me, and more than once.

Ingredients
- 300 gram Squid
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 150 gram Dutch cheese
- 1 tablespoon Capers
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Greens (dill, coriander, green onions)
- Allspice to taste
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Yogurt
Instructions
- Peel the squid and boil them in plenty of water for 2 minutes. Rinse and cool.
- Cut into thin strips. Wash the tomatoes, cut them and let the juice drain.
- Put the squid and tomatoes in a salad bowl. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in a salad bowl.
- Finely chop the garlic and herbs and add to the salad bowl. Lay out the capers (you can replace them with rings of olives and olives-olives).
- Add salt and mix.
- Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and ground pepper. Season the salad before serving.
