Salad with Cabbage Recipe

Instructions
- Finely chop cabbage and carrots. Sprinkle with salt and sugar, rub with your hands.
- Put the cabbage in a saucepan and warm it over high heat, stirring occasionally; the cabbage will become softer and juicier.
- Cut the onion into thin rings, pour hot water, rinse.
- Add onion to cabbage, season with vegetable oil, sprinkle with herbs. Transfer to a container and put in a cool place to cool down.
