- 300 gram Cauliflower
- 1 piece Carrot
- 200 gram Cherry

Dressing
- 150 gram Sour cream
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 bunch Dill
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences.
- Boil in salted water for 5 minutes . Drain the boiling water and pour cold water so that the cabbage remains crispy.
- Cut the carrots into slices.
- Boil for 5 minutes .
- Carefully remove the seeds from the cherries.
- Prepare the dressing. Finely chop the dill, squeeze the garlic into a garlic press and add to the sour cream. Add salt to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients with the dressing.
